Tasting Notes:
Pale straw yellow with silvery green highlights. Bright, clear, with fine tears. The nose is immediately expressive, offering aromas of white and yellow-fleshed fruits (pear, vineyard peach, quince, apricot), along with delicate white wildflowers. Citrus zest and a marked minerality (flint, iodine, oyster shell) add depth and typicity. A precise, open bouquet.
On the palate, the wine is youthful, lively, and taut, with vibrant energy and freshness. As it opens, it reveals a well-built structure and generous, aromatic texture, balanced by a pleasant edge of acidity. The finish is clean and saline, echoing the citrus and mineral notes. A refined, dynamic wine, still slightly spirited — a great expression of its terroir.
