Pale yellow in color with subtle straw highlights and youthful green reflections. Brilliant and limpid, offering a beautiful visual presentation. The nose is expressive and typical of the appellation, revealing aromas of spring flowers and meadow white blossoms, along with notes of white fruits such as apple and peach. With aeration, the bouquet evolves, adding an exotic touch, hints of brioche, and a discreet mineral backdrop.
On the palate, the wine opens with a relatively full and silky texture, echoing the fruity notes of the nose and bringing in additional layers of pineapple and bright, tangy nuances that lend a lively character. As it evolves, it reveals a rich mouthfeel balanced by vibrant freshness. The finish is crisp and invigorating, with clean citrus notes that add precision and length.
